We celebrated Gavin's 2nd birthday by having a small party at our house. Mimi and Jalie came for a visit to celebrate with us.

Jason made the house look festive with streamers and balloons. When Gavin saw it for the first time he said, "Wow!"

Here's my attempt at making a Spot (the dog) cake. Considering I am a horrible drawer, I think it turned out alright.

Since we most certainly didn't need any more cars in this house, we chose to buy him a kitchen. It's been a hit. Both of the boys play with it often. Unfortunately for me, I find myself to be the one picking up all the food and dishes. As if I don't do enough of that in my own kitchen!
