Apple Orchard
I took the boys to the apple orchard to pick apples recently. I especially like this picture because if you look closely, you'll see that Gavin is in fact eating two apples. The funny thing is, up until this day, I didn't even know he could eat an apple. Never tried it before thinking they were too hard.

Miles First Day of Preschool
Miles went to preschool for the first time today. We met his teacher and half of the class last week, so he felt pretty comfortable about it all. He had his new Lightning McQueen backpack, and seemed to be excited about the new experience. It didn't bother him one bit for me to be leaving him. He has come a long way from last year.
Here he is outside his classroom. He looks really tense here because he was eager to go inside.
Here he is inside his classroom. Now he seems relaxed and happy.He had a good day. He was definitely tired after school. I was thrilled that he brought home a picture that he had drawn himself. And, he even asked for some paper and crayons at home so he could draw some more! Finally!
