The other day, Miles was being a real stinker. He was just driving me nuts! So, I sent him to his room for a time out. A couple minutes later I yelled up to him that he could come down if he was ready to behave. I didn't hear anything in reply, so I went up to check on him. This is what I found. I guess he was tired, huh?

We hid eggs in the yard for Miles to find. He had a blast! It was so much fun watching him. I took a video of it, but it's quite long. If I ever find some time to edit it, I'll post it.

We may not celebrate the religious meaning of Easter, but we (mostly me) like to put treats in an Easter basket. Is it wrong of me to tell Miles that the Easter bunny won't come if he's naughty? We do it for Santa, so I figured the bunny shouldn't be any different. Whatever works, right?

As you can see, Gavin is having the time of his life Easter morning with his new toys. Jason needs his coffee.

Miles decorated eggs for the first time this year. He actually liked it! And in case you don't know Miles very well, he's a neat freak, possibly more than me. So, it was not messy at all!

Yes, my goofy hats are back! Jason thinks they're ridiculous. That may be true, but nevertheless, I'm still doing it!

Gavin is getting big, as he should considering he eats a lot!

We took Miles to our community's Easter Egg Hunt. Like so many things we take him to, he thought it was just so so. When is this kid ever going to appreciate the things we take him to?! Well, we had fun even if he would have rather stayed home.


There were several cool things there, like this fire truck for instance. But Miles wouldn't get close enough to anything (bunnies, ponies, police cars, etc) so that I could take his picture. So, Gavin got his picture taken instead. Of course, since I'm wearing him and it was windy and cold, you can't see his face, but he's there.

Miles really wants to play with Gavin. Although he'd prefer playing cars, he'll take what he can get.
