It was fun for me to talk to Miles about Santa this year. Seeing his excitement encouraged me to talk more and more about his upcoming visit. I did, however, feel a little guilty about lying. The whole thing is so far fetched, I almost cringe to think that Miles would be so gullible. But, I guess he's only 5, and if a kid can't believe his parents, then who can he trust?


Gavin wasn't so sure about the whole experience. Miles had no problem telling Santa what he and Gavin wanted. He did refuse to sit too close to him though. Maybe he does think he's a strange man after all.
